Step 3

System Implementation & Training

We consult and train your employees and collect feedback for enhancing the system, The first revision of the system is then released.

Step 4

Internal Audit

We allow an adequate trial of the system and conduct an in-depth audit of the operations/system to identify any requirement that has not been fully addressed.

Step 5

System Review & Fine Tuning

We monitor and fine tune the system and prepare the system for an external audit by a JASANZ Accredited Certification Body.

Step 6

Certification

We are able to facilitate the Certification Process on your behalf by ensuring you get the best value from the Certification Body and, if required, address the audit finidings.
