Fast Track Your Certification Process

From start to end, most certifications take between 10 and 16 weeks. But not always.

As every business understands – sometimes opportunity comes knocking and requires expedient solutions.

This has happened to us a few times…

An engineering, design and fabrication company had been working on a quality system for more than 3 years (yes!) using a generic template until they finally (and rightfully) concluded that that approach was not working. The company had to be certified in order for a supplier agreement to be renewed with a major aerospace company within 6 weeks. From first point of contact to certification took us only 4.5 weeks.

After being told they won the contract, a major construction company was shocked to find out that they could not get a sign off from the awarding party because they did not have an AS4801 (OHS) Certification. From initial contact to certification took us an intense 3.5 weeks.

After being shortlisted for a tender, a labour hire agency discovered they had to urgently submit an Integrated Management System with a focus on safety. They came in on a Wednesday, we began work on Friday and completed the work by Saturday lunchtime, two days ahead of the deadline. That’s less than 36-hours turnaround! The system was then implemented over the following 3 weeks.

None of the above were generic, off-the-shelf templates masquerading as a legitimate solution. As is PQMC’s practice, every system was tailored and customised to meet the specific needs of each business.

Why isn’t every job this quick?

With more time, management consultants can be more thorough and develop a system that is ideally suited to the nitty-gritty needs of the business. But in some cases the process takes longer than it should because sometimes:
